Ammonium polyphosphate Applications:
1, Used in high efficiency intumescent coatings for the flame proof treatment of multi-story buildings, ships, trains, cables. Etc.
2, Worked as the main flameproof additive for the expanding type flame retardants used in plastics, resin, rubber, PU and PU foam.
3, Used in plastics, polyester, rubber, expandable fireproof coatings.
4, Flameproof treatment for woods, plywood, fiberboard, papers, and fibers.
Advantages:
1, halogen and formaldehyde-free, non-toxic and does not generate additional quantities of smoke;
2, requires lower loading ensuring lower cost, better properties retention and excellent flow;
3, exhibits excellent process-ability, good retention of mechanical and exlectrical properties in thermoplastic formulations;
4, high polymerization degree, high thermal stability and lowder water solubility.
