VAE Re-Dispersible Polymer Powder Admixtures for Construction Mortar
VAE Re-Dispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) is produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate and acrylic acid, dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion.

Applications
For the thin ceramic tile, there's fine freezing resistance. We advic use 1%-5% dosage of vae polymer powder, and other celluloses as a water retention (HPMC).
RDP-FX60 is suitable for repairing mortar, such as grouts for decorative mortar, improves the adhesive strength,flexural strength, wearing resistance strength, and workability, we advise to use 1% - 6% dosage of vae polymer powder.
When dosage is over 9%, it property would be better.
RDP-FX80 is used to the plaster mortar, including cement or lime and cement material, improving its adhesive strength and flexural strength. We advise our clients to use 1% - 6% of vae polymer powder, mixed with 0.1% - 0.5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or other replacement.
