PP Mesh Fiber Admixtures in Construction Mortar Concrete
PP mesh fiber is made of 100% polypropylene and it is produced through the process of extruding, stretching, cutting and packing. PP mesh fiber can be formed a 3D supporting role in the concrete, improving the crack resistance (fracture toughness of concrete) during concrete hardening , and improving the impermeable of concrete.
Performance
Increase the resistance of shrink, crack, impact, friction, impermeability, freezing and thawing.
Mixing Process
Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession, after stirring for two minutes;
The fiber will fully spreads and then add cement and water and stir normally.
The addition of materials also can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
Dosage
Recommended amount : 0.6 – 1.8 KG/M3; 0.9KG / M3 of crack resistance concrete
