This product is a new type of building waterproof material with good permeability and crystallinity. The silanol group in its molecular structure and the silanol group in the silicate material react with water to crosslink. Thereby, the "reverse capillary effect" is formed to form an intentional water-repellent layer, and at the same time, it has the function of slight expansion and increased density.
use
1. Used for waterproofing and dampproofing of internal and external walls, floors, toilets, kitchens, basements and rust and leakage prevention of reinforced concrete structures;
2. Used in underground civil air defense factories, such as bridges, dams, tunnels, large hydropower stations, and diversion projects to reduce water erosion;
3. Used in various pools, such as swimming pools, purification pools, sewage tanks, water towers, etc.;
4. It is used for waterproofing, protecting color, preventing pollution and aging of water-soluble building materials, and is widely used for exterior wall decoration;

Instructions
A: Mortar construction:
1) Clean up grassroots sediment, debris, oil stains, etc. at the grassroots level;

2) The ratio of mortar and sand is at 1:2.5, the water-cement ratio is less than or equal to 0.5, the amount of waterproof powder accounts for 0.4% of the amount of cement, in order to ensure uniform mixing, the cement and sand with the ratio of waterproof powder to mortar should be mixed first Add water and stir;
3) Apply the waterproof layer in two layers: apply the first layer of plain mortar 1mm first, then apply the waterproof mortar layer, compact it during initial setting, and rub it with a wooden trowel to form a hemp surface; apply the second layer of waterproof mortar and compact it as soon as possible.
4) According to normal watering and curing, it is better to mix the waterproof powder and water at 1:50 instead of water spraying.

B Waterproof concrete construction:
1) Waterproof powder accounts for 0.4%~0.5% of cement dosage, evenly mixed with concrete, the same as ordinary concrete construction method;
2) In order to ensure uniform mixing, first mix the cement sand and gravel of waterproof powder with concrete, mix evenly, and then add water to mix.

C. Leakage maintenance construction:
1) When the original base layer is smooth, it needs to be hemped, after cleaning the floating ash, make a plain mortar binding layer, and then wipe the waterproof mortar layer;
2) The leaking part should be plugged first to stop the water, and the yin and yang corners should be rounded and compacted.

D Spraying and anti-seepage construction: Waterproof powder is diluted with 50 times of water to dissolve and then sprayed on the surface of water-absorbing inorganic building materials such as cement, brick, tile, gypsum board, etc. It is used for anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment, and has good effect.

1. This product can be used with sodium nitrite antifreeze in winter construction;
2. This product is a general chemical, avoid contact with the skin;
3. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof during transportation. The storage and transportation environment temperature is -30-90℃.
