KATHON preservative Z500 is a new, broad-spectrum and efficient non oxidizing bactericidal preservative. This product has high-efficiency and broad-spectrum bactericidal performance, good compatibility, can maintain activity in a large pH range, with small addition, fast effect, strong bactericidal power and convenient use. Kathon Z500 is one of the most cost-effective antiseptic and bactericides at present. It is effective for yeast, fungi Gram-negative bacteria, heterooxygen bacteria, algae, etc. have good inhibitory effects. Kathon Z500 has strong penetration ability to the cell membrane of microorganisms and can decompose and destroy the cell tissue of microorganisms. It has a strong killing and inhibiting effect on bacteria, fungi, algae and other microorganisms common in industrial production. This product is internationally recognized as a safe, efficient and broad-spectrum preservative. It does not contain heavy metals. It can effectively inhibit and eliminate bacteria and various microorganisms, with remarkable anti-corrosion effect. It contains no formaldehyde, VOC, and does not contain two valence metal salts. It does not crosslink the emulsion, causing the family effect reaction.

[usage and dosage]
This product is a light yellow transparent liquid, which is easy to add and mix. It can be added directly while stirring in the process of grinding or paint mixing to mix it evenly or in the paint pool (tank). In order to achieve the anti-corrosion effect, it must be fully mixed.
Generally, the dosage of KathonZ500 is 0.5-2.0%, which depends on the working conditions.
Recommended addition:
Washing products: the dosage is 0.1-0.3%
Waterborne coating: 0.05 ~ 0.2%, i.e. 0.5 ~ 2.0kg per ton of product
Polymer emulsion: 0.1 ~ 0.35%, or 1 ~ 3.5kg per ton of products.
If bactericidal and bacteriostatic action is required, the dosage shall be doubled according to the above dosage and increased or decreased after small test.

Kathon Z500 is packaged in 25kg plastic barrel or according to customer needs.
[storage and transportation]
Kathon Z500 shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid direct sunlight.
The storage period is 12 months.
